My standard fee for a 45-50 minute session is  $200 for an individual.  

I do have a sliding fee scale.

 

Please note that I do NOT take payments directly from insurance companies. However, my services may be eligible for full or partial reimbursement as part of your out-of-network mental health benefit. To facilitate out-of-network claims, I will provide you with a monthly bill that includes all the information necessary for you to submit for reimbursement to your insurance company. 

 

​To learn more about your out-of-network coverage for psychotherapy, you can call your insurance company and ask them the following questions:

​

• How much coverage is available for out-of-network providers?

• What is my deductible (the amount you must pay first before you are eligible for reimbursement of fees)?

• Does the insurance company limit the total number of visits or sessions per calendar year?  If yes, what is the total number of sessions per year?

• Do they limit the total amount reimbursed per session?  If so, ask how much they reimburse for the following CPT (service) codes, or procedure codes:

  • ​90791 - Initial evaluation

  • 90834 - Typical 45-50 minute session

  • 90837 - Extended 60 min. session. Note that many companies will not reimburse for this code.
